KOTA KINABALU: Chief Minister Datuk Seri Haji Hajiji Haji Noor received a courtesy call from Women, Family and Community Development Minister Datuk Seri Nancy Shukri at Danum Room in State Legislative Assembly (DUN) Building here today.
During the courtesy call, the Chief Minister also expressed his appreciation to Women, Family and Community Development Ministry (KPWKM) for its concern through its agency, National Welfare Foundation (YKN), in contributing RM200,000 to assist fire victims in Kampung Bahagia, Sandakan.
“On behalf of the State Government, I would like to thank KPWKM for its concern in extending assistance to help the fire victims in Sandakan,” he said.
Also present were Sabah Women, Health and People’s Wellbeing Minister Datuk Julita Majungki; State Secretary Datuk Seri Sr Safar Untong; Home Affairs and Research Secretary Datuk Ag Shaminan Ag Sahari; Sandakan Municipal Council President Datuk Walter Kenson; and National Welfare Foundation Chief Executive Officer Nordina Haron.
