KOTA KINABALU: The State Government expressed its profound appreciation to Tun Juhar Mahiruddin, who will end his service as Sabah Head of State on January 1, 2025.
Chief Minister Datuk Seri Haji Hajiji Haji Noor said that after 14 years, Tun Juhar is the longest-serving Head of State and has contributed much to Sabah during his tenure.
“His Excellency Tun has rendered much services to Sabah while witnessing various incidents and developments ranging from politics, economics, security, health,
education and religion, among others.
“These developments happened during his tenure as the 10th Head of State and have put him in good stead as a highly experienced leader with a big heart,” he said at the State Banquet honouring Tun Juhar at the Sabah International Convention Centre (SICC) here tonight.
