KOTA KINABALU: Chief Minister Datuk Seri Haji Hajiji Haji Noor welcomed strategic cooperation opportunities with the Scandinavian country of Norway.
This was the message he conveyed during a meeting with Norway’s Ambassador to Malaysia, Marianne Fosland, at Menara Kinabalu here today.
The Chief Minister said Sabah remains committed to the sustainable development agenda and welcomes strategic cooperation opportunities in the fields of green economy, renewable energy, tourism and technology development.
The meeting also discussed the promotion of Sabah as a world-class ecotourism destination and the potential for Europe-Sabah tourism promotion cooperation.
