KOTA KINABALU: About 1,000 people attended the Third Installation of the Executive Committee of Sabah-China Chamber of Commerce (SCCC) for the 2025-2028 term held at Sabah Hakka Hall here last night.
Among the guests were elected representatives, local Chinese community leaders, corporate figures, and representatives from 25 provinces from all over the People’s Republic of China.
Consul-General of the People’s Republic of China in Kota Kinabalu Dr Zhu Xinglong officiated at the installation ceremony. He also witnessed the presentation of certificates of appointment to honorary advisers by SCCC President Datuk Frankie Liew.
Meanwhile, Assistant Finance Minister Datuk Ben Chong officiated at the Second Term Installation of the Young Entrepreneurs & Women Entrepreneurs Committee (2025-2028).
