KOTA KINABALU: Kapayan Assemblywoman Jannie Lasimbang has been appointed Chairman of the Rural Development Corporation (KPD) with effect from January 19 this year.
She replaced Datuk Raimie Unggi.
Chief Minister Datuk Seri Hajiji Haji Noor presented the appointment letter in a brief ceremony at his office in Menara Kinabalu, here, today.
Witnessing the ceremony were Deputy Chief Minister I cum Agriculture, Fishery and Food Industry Minister Datuk Seri Dr Jeffrey Kitingan, Industrial Development and Entrepreneurship Minister Ginger Phoong Jin Zhe and State Secretary Datuk Seri Sr Haji Safar Untong.
