KOTA KINABALU: About 700 people, including tourism industry players and members of the media, attended the Tourism, Culture and Environment Ministry’s (KePKAS) Hari Raya Aidilfitri celebration hosted by its Minister Datuk Christina Liew at the Sutera Harbour Marina Club’s covered tennis court here recently.
Among the guests were Consul-General of the People’s Republic of China in Kota Kinabalu, Dr Huang Shifang, Japan Consul-General for East Malaysia, Yamashita Yoshito, Honorary British Consul for Sabah, David Powell, Honorary Consul for Australia in Kota Kinabalu, Datuk Andrew Sim and Malaysian French Chamber of Commerce & Industry Sabah Representative, Jacques Leizerovici.
