During the meeting, Ivy briefed Dr Joachim on the PCAKK Home Care Programme including the latest on its endeavour to raise funds, including through the Annual Charity Dinner and Show it will organise, for their association.
Dr Joachim gave his support and thumbs-up to the Organising Committee of the Annual Charity Dinner and Show for their efforts to raise funds for their association to help those in need.
PCAKK has been organising its Annual Charity Dinner and Show since 1999 to help raise funds for terminally ill patients under their care. Since its formation, the association has helped more than 5,000 patients and their families in their Palliative Care program at no cost.
The upcoming PCAKK Annual Charity Dinner and Show will be held at the Magellan Sutera Harbour here on May 24, 2024. The evening promises an outstanding performance by the Killer Queen band from Australia, a tribute band to the Band Queen, to mark the 25th Anniversary.
Other representatives from PCAKK namely Datuk Margaret Lim, Datin Elizabeth Lee, James Ngu, Dr Christiannie Tay and Benzie Richard George.
