KOTA KINABALU: The Pertubuhan Akitek Malaysia (PAM) Sabah Chapter and Impact Zone Sdn Bhd had recently signed a collaboration agreement for the upcoming International Property Exhibition (IPeX) set to be held at the International Technology & Commercial Centre (ITCC), Penampang, near here, on Nov 3-5.
IPeX is one of Sabah’s biggest and eagerly anticipated events of the built environment.
Organised by Pertubuhan Akitek Malaysia (PAM) Sabah Chapter in collaboration with Impact Zone Sdn Bhd, this home-grown business event is anticipated to bring together multi-facets of Sabah’s built environment industry to a primary city location where property developers, contractors, building products manufacturers and others involved in the industry to converge and showcase the best and latest product, techniques, and knowledge offerings to the general public.
Different from the previous exhibition setup, this year, IPeX 2023 will be a 3-day event, organised as part of another event, Borneo Architecture Festival (BAF) 2023 which features solutions to making cities greener and more livable, this exhibition is aimed at inspiring urban planners, architects and green city authorities to contemporary perspectives of green technologies and lifestyle.
BAF 2023 includes a 2-day Architectural Convention with International Speakers and the PAM Sabah Chapter Annual Dinner during the same time.
IPeX 2023 exhibition will be a diverse mix of exhibitors and a convention for innovations, trends, and highlights of the properties sectors, building materials, electrical appliances, and home products – with more than 70 exhibition booths with a comprehensive range of products to offer.
