KOTA KINABALU: The Malaysian Association of Justices of the Peace Sabah (MAJAPS) will hold its Raffle Ticket Draw on 11th October 2025, starting at 10 a.m. at the Main Atrium of ITCC Shopping Complex, Penampang.
The event will be officiated by Penampang Member of Parliament Datuk Ewon Benedick, who is also the Federal Entrepreneur Development and Cooperatives Minister, as the Guest of Honour.
A variety of cultural and entertainment activities have been lined up before and during the draw, including traditional cultural performances and a lion dance show to enliven the atmosphere.
The highlight of the event will be the exciting raffle draw featuring 35 attractive prizes up for grabs for the lucky buyers of MAJAPS raffle tickets, priced at RM50 each.
The grand prize is a Chery Omoda 5 car worth RM110,000, followed by a Proton Saga 1.3 AT as the second prize, and a Yadea E85 Pro Electric Scooter as the third. Other prizes include a Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra, Yamaha Keyboard, Samsung Refrigerator, Panasonic Smart Rice Cooker, and a Panasonic Stand Fan.
MAJAPS President Datuk Seri Clarence Bongkos Malakun said all preparations for the draw have been completed and the event aims to foster camaraderie while supporting MAJAPS’ charitable initiatives.
“All ticket buyers, life members of the Sabah JP Council, community leaders, and recipients of MAJAPS donations are cordially invited to join the event,” he said in a statement.
Tickets will still be available for purchase on the day of the draw, giving the public one last chance to try their luck at winning the grand prizes.
Earlier, MAJAPS Exco members led by DSP Clarence Malakun paid a courtesy call on Datuk Ewon Benedick at his TEKUN Nasional Office to invite him to officiate the event.
