KOTA KINABALU: Tourism, Culture and Environment Minister Datuk Seri Christina Liew will officiate at the 13th Installation of the New Committee of the Gaya Ballroom Dancers Society cum Fundraising Dinner & Dance at the Putera Theatre Ballroom in Bukit Padang here on March 22, starting at 6.30pm
Gaya Ballroom Dancers Society Deputy President Wong Nyuk Min, who is the organising chairman, extended an invitation to the Minister during a courtesy call yesterday to brief her on the event.
Liew called on members and dance enthusiasts to support the fundraising dinner in aid of the society’s activities. Also present were the President Rose Gondok, Secretary Tan Suk Piau, Treasurer June Lee and Committee Member Chin Chiew Lee.
