TUARAN: Chief Minister Datuk Seri Haji Hajiji Haji Noor presented the keys to Seri Akasia Residency residents at Taman Seri Lemawang here today.
The project is a joint-venture between KTI Sdn Bhd and Sabah Housing and Town Development Authority (SHTDA).

The Taman Seri Lemawang, an intergrated commercial residences development on a 198-acre land will see 480 apartment units, 812 two-storey terrace houses and shops.
It is one the five joint-venture projects between KTI Landmark Berhad and SHTDA in Sabah.
Accompanying Hajiji were Deputy Chief Minister II cum Local Government and Housing Minister Datuk Seri Dr Joachim Gunsalam, SHTDA Chairman Datuk Masiung Banah and KTI Landmark Group Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer Dr Gordon Loke.
