KOTA KINABALU: KKIP Power Sdn Bhd paid a dividend of RM3.14 million to its parent company KKIP Sdn Bhd for the year ending 2023.
KKIP Power Chairman Datuk Dr Joseph Lee handed the cheque, which was part of the RM6.15 million dividend declared by KKIP Power, to Industrial Development and Entrepreneurship Minister Datuk Phoong Jin Zhe, who is also KKIP Sdn Bhd Chairman.
Chief Minister Datuk Seri Haji Hajiji Haji Noor witnessed the brief ceremony at Menara Kinabalu yesterday.
KKIP Sdn Bhd holds 51 per cent of the shares in KKIP Power.
Also present were KKIP Power Deputy Chairman Datuk Tham Nyip Shen and Chief Executive Officer Charles Dalansing.
