KOTA KINABALU: Throughout this Ramadan, 50 trucks will be heading to all 73 state constituencies to deliver bun and breads to the people courtesy of Kim Teck Cheong Consolidated Berhad under the Program Selembut Kasih Ramadan initiative.
Kim Teck Cheong Consolidated Berhad Executive Director Datuk Dexter Lau presented the contribution to State Community Development Leader Unit (UPPM) Director Datuk Awang Kadin Tang witnessed by Chief Minister Datuk Seri Haji Hajiji Haji Noor in a brief ceremony at Menara Kinabalu, here today.
The Chief Minister commended the company for carrying out its Community Social Responsibility (CSR) programme to help lessen the people’s burden during the fasting month that is coordinated by the State UPPM.
Present were Assistant Minister to the Chief Minister Datuk Nizam Titingan, Assistant Youth and Sports Minister Datuk Fairuz Renddan and PPM of the respective 73 state constituencies.
