KOTA KINABALU: Gleneagles Hospital Kota Kinabalu is the first private hospital in Sabah to set up a COVID-19 vaccination centre within its premise, in support of the Ministry of Health’s (MoH) national vaccination programme.
The hospital is ready to inoculate around 500 members of the local community in Sabah
weekly, beginning 7 June 2021.
“We are honoured to be supporting the Ministry of Health’s COVID-19 national vaccination programme,” said Dr Tan Bee Hwai, Chief Executive Officer of Gleneagles Hospital Kota Kinabalu, in a statement today.
“We are committed to deploy our resources to support the MoH with mass vaccinations and safeguard the health and safety of the local community.
Let us protect ourselves and our loved ones by getting vaccinated,” said Tan.
The vaccination centre will operate Monday to Friday, from 9.00 am until 5.00 pm. Appointments for the vaccination are set via the MySejahtera app.
